Recyclable packaging
Recyclable packaging refers to packaging designed so that its component materials can be efficiently reprocessed into new products that meet the regulatory standards set by the EU and/or specifically in Lithuania. Alternatively, these materials are engineered to biodegrade, ensuring that the majority of the packaging converts into compost, carbon dioxide and water.
We support our business partners in identifying optimal solutions for fully recyclable packaging and are able to provide the following advanced laminate structures:
Materials
Mono-material PP+PP laminates:

Intended use
Packaging of various food items and microwave heating of semi-processed products (+121 °C up to 30 min.)
Suitable for flow pack and top seal (Modified Atmosphere Packaging, MAP) packaging types
Mono-material PE+PE laminates:
PE//PE White; PE//PE based:
Appropriate for flow pack packaging; designed to create eco-friendly doy-packs and vacuum pouches.
Packaging of various food items:
dried fruit and vegetables, pet food, confectionery, semi-processed and frozen products, etc.

LDPE (low-density polyethylene)
LDPE matte polyethylene
PE GREEN (from sugar cane or tall oil)
Wide choice of material thicknesses (23–60 µm).

Paper PAP
Paper packaging is renewable, 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
We can offer thermoformed polymer-free paper packaging:
- paper packaging without barrier coating
- paper packaging with barrier coating
Suitable for the packaging of a wide range of products, including biscuits, sugar, snacks, chocolate bars and more.
